This Door County Engagement shoot was full of sun, fun and lots of laughter. It was a total photo adventure! Makes me happy to think of warmer days and I can’t wait til spring! So for this throw back Thursday I’m featuring Marley & Ryan’s Door County engagement session.
We started out at Balloon Magic where we found some sweet 70’s style bags and of course scooped up some balloons. The gorillas were a bit strange but funny none the less. We drove up to Door County, it is such a magical place :). I mean how can you not like wine, cheese, nature, art and shopping?
Marley shared how much she loves dessert, so of course I introduced her to the cherry pie at Sweetie Pies! The two of them shared the deliciousness. I took a slice home to give to my hubby for later, yeah wifey points lol :). Marley & Ryan’s story began when they met in high school and reunited years later and now will be saying “I do” in July at High Cliff.
Marley & Ryan were game for anything so after Sweetie Pies we stopped to have lunch at Liberty Square Bistro in Egg Harbor. Yes, we do dessert before lunch, is there any other way? Liberty Square is ah-mazing, my hubby and I have spent several breakfasts over quiche there. We finished off the day at Anderson’s Dock in Ephraim with mustaches balloons and all. Door County engagement shoots are some of my favorites, I could shoot there for days…
Thank you Marley & Ryan for sharing your beautiful selves with me and I can’t believe a year has almost gone by already! Where does the time go? I hope this Door County engagement brings you all a little warmth to your hearts and hopeful that spring will come again… One day :)
